      • Yes, I think I know what you mean. For me, there’s been almost an instinct to hunker down – to delve inside and ruminate – rather than do the usual things which bring pleasure and joy. I’ve found I’ve had to force myself to go out and work in the garden or go for walks, for example. I feel better when I do! Funny old brains – they don’t always do the best for us 🙂

        • I agree – but our brains are up against it at the moment. It is often an effort to get up early and going out walking but, although usually feeling exhausted after 2 hour “route marches”, I always feel better in myself for having done it. 🙂
