    • Hahaha!!! >>> thank you, my friend! And actually this pic is very timely too, since the large amounts of Belgian beer that I’ve been downing to help me cope with the lockdown have given me gout >>> and so to a quick google visit that advised me that gin might be ok, and it has been!!! Huzzah!!!

      Actually I do drink G&T anyway, but now with added enthusiasm and virtuous purpose >>> but this slightly stronger Plymouth Gin (no longer actually made in Plymouth) is not my tipple, London Gin is!!! There’s always a silver lining … πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

    • For some reason, Michael, some (but not all) of my incoming comments are arriving as pingbacks – as with your’s here. Found out recently that Plymouth Gin is now longer made there, but made in London now. In any case I tend to standardise on London Gin, which is slightly weaker. We had a searing heatwave a year or two back, and pints of G&T with large amounts of ice helped us through! πŸ™‚
