The shadows of a fence and streetlight, falling across a pavement and onto a road.  And a drain cover from long ago – probably before WWII –  when such things were still made around here (Cinderford being a town in Glos. (= Gloucestershire)).

      Well, I do think the new camera is having an effect very much to the positive; I actually feel rather excited about it, which is unusual for me – I suppose I’m excited about the creative possibilities the camera has unveiled.

      And the combination of this camera and the 70-300 + its APS-C capabilities, and the X-T2 with the extreme wide angle zoom, has come as something of a revelation. And then there’s a determined attempt to explore new areas of the Levels with the two cameras.

      I feel rather old and tired to be honest, but I do feel very imaginative and creative as well. A 🙂
