Another look at this very friendly creature, who is living out her life with our friends.

There are earlier images of her here and here .

About Adrian Lewis
Photographer working in monochrome, colour and combinations of the two - with a great liking for all sorts of images, including Minimalism, landscapes, abstracts, soft colour, people, movement, nature - I like to be adventurous in my photography, trying new ideas and working in many genres. And I'm fond of Full English Breakfasts and Duvel golden ale, though not necessarily together.

    Absolutely lovely portrait.

  2. Lovely, Adrian. I especially like the depth of field that you have chosen, making her eyelashes and whiskers show so distinctly. This is such a beautiful series.

Linda, thank you very much, I’m very glad you like these portraits. In all cases I’ve used a wonderful 105mm Nikkor macro lens wide open, so that I can get in close and have minimal depth of field; I think softness very important in many areas of photography. And I use this lens for people too, and there’s an example (from the same household as the cat!) coming up tomorrow. I really enjoy this black and white work. Adrian 🙂
