  1. Subject appears to be enclosed in his own little space. Wonderful colour and arc pattern.

  2. May your Going to Work series go on forever. You exploit this theme beautifully, this just being the latest example. Probably what I like best here—besides the whole idea that it belongs to—are the colors and that swipe of an arc.

Superb! The yellow glow against the cool blues and greens works so well. I may be with Meanderer…

Yes, I see so many people who are insulated from The Present by ear phones, mobile phones and other mobile devices. Well, one of my mantras is that we are all different and we all do our own thing – as in the Pagan belief, “Do as you please, but harm no one”. So, if people want to be insulated, that’s fine – except of course that by being so insulated its so much easier to be run over by a bus …

But for me, personally, I want to be in The Present, experiencing it, whether I’m photographing or not – but of course, for a photographer, being in The Present and being receptive to all its features and nuances is the name of the game. If I’m looking to take pictures, even daydreaming is seriously counterproductive. A 🙂

  5. Ok. Again, I see other faces in your photo. The phone is the mouth on a tilted head. The tilted head is the oval swipe on the frosted window. Do you see it, bud, or am I just bizarre? I saw it immediately. 😱

Oh, I really like this one. The patterns made in the condensation – the person contained within the stillness of the cleared area, the blue and gold colours, and the fuzziness of the person’s features, make this my favourite in this series 🙂

Oh, great stuff, M, thank you so much! I was out again before dawn yesterday, amply sustained by the produce of the bakery … 😉 …. including a wonderfully warming toasted cheese and jalapeno sandwich …
