About Adrian Lewis
Photographer working in monochrome, colour and combinations of the two - with a great liking for all sorts of images, including Minimalism, landscapes, abstracts, soft colour, people, movement, nature - I like to be adventurous in my photography, trying new ideas and working in many genres. And I'm fond of Full English Breakfasts and Duvel golden ale, though not necessarily together.

Yes, absolutely. I could have processed this to be substantially lighter in tone, but I think the darkness and few, quite subdued highlights – especially on the sides of the face – are powerful. And that little patch of paleness bottom left also has its place. Looking at this in retrospect, its almost like looking, one on one, at a person or some other intelligent being – there is interaction between him and I. Thanks for your good words! A
