Focus. Not focus. Color. No color. LOVE IT! The red brings a little warmth to an otherwise winter darkness.

Gemma, thank you very much! Your city is in the news as being snow hit and with panic buying of provisions, and we hear that New York has shut down in anticipation of the storm – its incredible to think of a city of that size shutting down >>> over here, that just doesn’t happen >>> but we have half an inch of snow and the whole country is paralysed! I hope you’re all alright. Had the dressings on my nose changed yesterday, and the scar seems to be healing well, better than I’d anticipated; another examination and dressing change tomorrow. My area hardly got hit all all. A couple of inches maybe. I just got a text from my step daughter in Massachusetts. She sent me pictures of their cars parked in the snowstorm. What cars?!?!?! I can’t even see them for all the snow. Take care of that cute little nose. Fondly from ATP

Excellent news, glad things didn’t work out as bad as expected for you – but, yes, Massachusetts has been hit badly. We are due snow here, but not a lot (we hope!). Cute little nose? What are you on???! Going for new dressings today – I have in mind something off the shoulder in apricot organza. ATP xxx

Sheldon, thank you very much for your good thoughts! Yes, I’ve had a minor operation and the recovery is going well so far – I’m hoping that the first changing of the dressings, today, will go well too. Diverting my mind? >>> luckily I have very little trouble with that!!! Adrian 🙂

Couldn’t think of a nose punning this time sorry, but I like the little Red berry. Winter is too dark this year and I’m Really looking forward to spring.
Hope you’re healing nicely. 😀

I do like it when you call me Nicely – yes, all going ok so far; there’s the possibility that I’ll end up with a kinked nostril but, well, you know, look on the bright side, it’ll just make sneering easier …
Yes, I know the dark gets you down – but January’s almost through, so hang on in there. I’m wondering if I’ve got a touch of SAD too, as I was a bit down around this time last year too. Point is, in previous years I was working and thus much busier and better lit than in these retired days. Thanks for all your comments, my friend, always good to hear from you! A 🙂
