I know what you mean. When I look at this, it very much takes me back to another place, the equatorial colours and the wonderful bright clothes of the people – whenever I returned to Kenya after a spell here, I was simply instantly – and very pleasantly – hit by the brightness and colourfulness of everything – it was a great pleasure to have returned! The variation in light and its effect on how we use colour regionally has always been what has struck me on my travels. I’d love to go to Africa one day… any part of it…but then, I’d still love to see most places… and I haven’t finished with Britain yet 🙂

The brightness of the outfits is beautiful…. As I’m sure we’re both the mother and baby. 🙂
