Like the simplicity of the photo.

Simplicity is something I often aim for because it leaves those viewing an image in doubt as to what they are supposed to be looking at. Here, obviously, the focus is that little bush left of centre, which sprouts from the darker band at the bottom of the frame, to go up through the layer of mist and trees and reach the cloudy sky – maybe it has the effect of joining these three layers together.
