Here’s something decidedly different and – in my view – absolutely wonderful from Jimi at Film Is Love!  I’m not sure I’ve seen anything quite like this before, and certainly not while blogging.  The idea is very simple but I find the result truly bizarre and otherwordly.  There is of course the faintly seen, swirling mass of passengers, but what gets to me I think is the all pervading blueness, the artificial look of the whole thing – like a film set or a scene from outer space.  And this impression is helped by the precise sharpness of everything but the humans – and I find that the line of lights overhanging the platform to enhance things further.  Way out, Jimi – strange, wonderful and beautiful! Adrian, this is absolutely stunning photograph. And the way you have described it, covers all the points worth noting here.
